This residence is a living archive of a lifetime of collecting — a backdrop for the iconic pieces and personal memories its Mexican owner has gathered over the years. At the heart of the living room, a curved burgundy velvet sofa acts as a natural room divider, orienting the space toward the fireplace, whose new deep green fluted tile cladding commands attention. Warm oak joinery, exposed wooden beams, and an earthy material palette ground the space, allowing each carefully chosen object — from a marble bar to a bespoke stone-inlaid dining table — to tell its own story.
